How short-term rentals, house hacking, and smart systems helped me create more income, flexibility, and financial freedom while still working a regular job.
I didn’t grow up wealthy, and I didn’t start out as a real estate expert.
Like a lot of people, I worked a regular job, paid bills, and tried to do everything the “right” way financially.
My turning point came during COVID when I rented out my home traditionally and ended up dealing with tenants who stopped paying and left the property damaged. After spending thousands on repairs, I realized I needed a different strategy.
That experience introduced me to short-term rentals.
What started as one property slowly became a completely different way of thinking about income, freedom, and wealth building.
Over time I learned:
